Description
The new ramp from Girard Ave to the Midtown Greenway is not plowed at all, and is barely passable. If the city expects that an adjacent property owner is to clear it, they should make that expectation clear to them -- or if not, they should plow it themselves. This is an important ramp in uptown, in the middle of a medium-length gap between The Mall and Bryant.
