Description

our neighborhood has significant storm drain insufficiencies causing major flooding to the interior and exterior of our home and surrounding properties.
there is a large body of water forming everytime there is moderate or heavy rains at the elbow corner of capaum. the overflow on the road streams down our driveway and pours into our bulk head and out into our back yard forming a large pond. the large pond then proceeds to saturate the ground bringinig the ground water level up into our finished basement.
the above water issues seem to be in conjunction with a malfunctioning pipe(s) under capaum rd that feed into a crushed storm drain on cobblestone hill and causes the major water back up and road and property flooding.
it's apparent that there needs to be repairs made to the existing inefficient storm drain system on capaum and well as the installation of neccesary additional storm drains.
