Description
There are several potholes down this entire street from Vallejo Mobile Estates all the way down to the Shell gas station. The street has deteriorated and needs to be repaved.

Both directions of Lincoln Road need to be repaired.
That would also get all of the campers parked on the road in front of the motels and Trade Winds. Plus the abandoned cars closer to 285 Lincoln Road.
