I'm not sure which dept to report this issue. This water meter is dangerous. It's not all the way even There are many young children on scooters ,skates and bikes who utilize this sidewalk. I was coded for my tree limbs causing a hindrance This could give them a bad tumble. I tripped on it while I was sweeping sidewalk. Please look into this.
