Description

Homeowner of 9601 Maddux drive pruned a tree inside thier property on Dec 21 and dumped these thick brunches on the street recently. Please note from the picture that homeowner tactfully dumed near a city owned tree to look like bleded with the tree. I have personally seen pruning the tree and dumping.

Please also note that I have filed another request for same issue Reported: on 12/23/2022. Service Request ID: 1262164. That time homeowner dumped leaves on the street. It was removed by city crews on Dec 24 and issue closed. I talked with Mr.Isaac Aguilar
Environmental Enforcement Officer and told me that citation will be issued to the owner of the property

The homeowner is reguarly dumping green waste on same spot in front of his house on Edes ave cross stree Maddux Dr. and this time thick branches of the pruned tree .
