Usually the lawn and leaf bag collect stops during the winter months, I believe. I haven't seen anything about it being posted anywhere though.
Knowing the start and stop dates and which day of the week collection takes place in each neighborhood would be really helpful so you don't end up with wet, weakened bags where the bottom drops when they get picked up
