the turn signal for left turn from Spring Forest going toward capital blvd to turn left onto departure is barely visible.

Q. What is the type of signal?
A. Vehicular
Q. Please describe the nature of the issue. (i.e timing, signal head twisted, etc)
A. left green arrow turning onto departure from spring is too low to see. Thank you!
