Description

Constituent at 3902 E. Drexel is reporting that there was a drainage way that ran the length of the property from south to north on the west side of the property. The drainage area was dug up to put in fiber optics and instead of being put back the way it was, it was just filled in. Now it does not drain like it should. Also, the Concrete culvert is eroded. Thank you.
