Description

The above address refuses to trim or remove offending bush that blocks view of oncoming traffic to next door neighbor. I was almost hit by another automobile due to lack of vision on my part backing out of driveway and lack of vision of on coming traffic as my drive is obstructed. I had my property surveyed and the offending bush is planted exactly on property line between us but it is planted forward to the street to being on the EASEMENT at the street. Can I cut it down? Can METRO cut it down? What are my options. It is very dangerous to me backing out of my drive.
