Residents of this property continually put trash in with recycling. The recycling service does not take the trash, and leaves the trash curbside. So the trash blows all over neighboring yards. This happens every week, with the same results, and has persisted for months: these residents continue to put out trash that the recycling service leaves on the curb. This is the only property for blocks that does this. Even the pic of this property on Google Maps shows trash out front of this property.
