Description
The traffic signal at intersection of Windsor and First is allowing traffic that is northbound on First Street to back up well over a quarter of a mile south of the intersection, at 8am in the morning. The timing on the light is so short, it never clears the northbound traffic out.
The timing of the light needs to be adjusted to allow for a longer green light for the northbound First Street traffic, so it doesn't back up so badly.
It has taken nearly 5 minutes to just through this light, on both Monday and Tuesday of this week.

The northbound traffic was again backed up this morning... three tenths of a mile away from the stoplight. It took multiple cycles of the light for me to get though the intersection.
The light allows all of the eastbound and westbound traffic to completely clear out, with only one cycle of the light. But the northbound traffic backs up, and sits.
