People in the Shepard Ave./West Woods/Eramo Ter. areas need to stop leaving your dogs outside all day barking while you are at work, school, etc.
It is annoying to hear dogs barking all day long into the evening CONSTANTLY.
If you can't care for your dog; don't get one.
