Description

****please note that there isn't a correct category for this report***

I am an avid cyclist and use my bike daily to commute to my clients. I have contacted Metrolinx, My councillor (Josh Matlow), 311 and other departments at the City and seem to get no where with this issue. Because of the construction on Eglinton Avenue, the lanes are dangerously narrow. I bike regularly around Russell Hill Road (near Forest Hill) and the lanes are too narrow to fit an average sized vehicle and a cyclist side by side. I fear for my life every time I have to cycle in this area. Yonge and Eglinton is also very bad just East of Yonge Street. Busses going eastbound are a regular occurrence and cyclists have no where to go because of a concrete barricade. Can you please advise if something can be done about this very dangerous situation?
Thank you
