Description

overflowing public garbage can at the corner of Hallock Ave. and 2nd St.
Public works please empty; garbage is spilling out and into the street.

That public garbage can was placed there long ago, when that used to be a bus stop. The bus stop has long been on the other side of the street and the busiest stop along this portion of the route is at the corner of Hallock and Lamberton. This garbage can should be removed or relocated to Hallock @ Lamberton..
