This is located on Appletree Point Park near the baseball field. Opposite by the basketball court there are other similar structures that need attention.

Azur great post.... not sure why or how come it came to be direct . at least it looks like it. lol. Repost it and let it just to the city.... they assigne it to the correct dept and person,,,,,,, I am but a concerned citizen like you......
