Has this been inspected yet? It now stretches nearly curb to curb, completely across the street.

Thanks for reporting! Due to the length this issue has been open and the amount of paving work that was completed in 2015, we are closing this issue. This has not been addressed, despite the response from Susan above, on 11/24/14. Please reopen this and repair it.
