Isn't 2 Pearl Street the skateboard shack which has perpetual junk surrounding it and a repeat history of violations that include a dangerous and illegal roof "deck"? Why isn't more being done to enforce the rules at this location, a gateway of our city? Maybe when we've built a $1.5 million new skatepark on the waterfront to draw thousands of skateboarders this business can then afford to "clean up its act"?!?
