now we are going into the weekend so I suppose this will be out in the public eyes unitll at least Monday..... I think if this user took the time to report it, has to be checked out and enforced.

The reason the issue was closed was because it was a duplicate report.

Duplicate report means that the issue was already reported (Issue ID #1224334).

A second report is not necessary for the same issue. If a citizen wants to second a complaint they can go to the original complaint and click on the "vote to fix this issue" button.

Thanks so much! I did vote on the original issue but since nothing happened after 18 days I thought perhaps it had been lost in the shuffle. Thanks for keeping Burlington clean.
