If you can do this without being identified, i would suggest that if you write down license plate numbers of those vehicles involved in any obvious drug transactions. Also CALL EVERYTIME you see a drug sale, providing dispatch with a description of the seller. You do not need to identify yourself, and if they ask if you would like to speak with an officer tell them to have the officer call you by phone. In order to get the attention of the NHPD you must continue to call them ... and keep calling them ... have your neighbors call them ... make yourself and your situation a priority. Quality of life is a serious issue and the squeaky wheel does get the oil. You may even have an active Block Watch in the Third and Greenwich area you could seek out for help on 'what to do'. But call and leave a message for Lt. Marcucio. If that doesn't work, go up the chain of command ... Lt Cassanova (203-687-0535) or Lt Reyes (203-687-0544).
