Please do something about the excessive speeding. It's a daily occurrence to see cars going in excess of 60mph on this residential neighborhood road. We've seen multiple accidents where the car ends up in a neighbors house from speeding the most recent occurring a few months ago at 1805 Quail Ridge road and before that 2016 Quail Ridge Road a year or so ago.

Please put up 4 way and 3 way stop signs! It's to the point you cannot cross the road without being near run over.
