Description
When exiting the Rite-Aid / Chick-Fil-A parking lot onto Smallwood Drive, drivers' vision of traffic on Smallwood Dr. is blocked by parked cars, creating dangerous driving conditions. Other parts of Smallwood along Cameron Village Shopping Center are marked no parking and this area (adjacent to Rite-Aid/Chick-Fil-A) should be treated the same way. This is the 2nd time I've reported this dangerous signage issue. Please put up "No Parking" signs to give drivers a clear view of traffic on Smallwood when exiting the parking lot! SECOND REQUEST!

The COR left the following comment on a similar issue a little while ago and the info may be helpful:
"Changes to parking regulations on City streets are handled by petition. Please contact Sherry Beville (Sherry.Beville@raleighnc.gov) or call 919-996-3996 for more information on circulating a petition for parking regulations to be instituted or setting up a residential permit program"
