Description

Junk in backyard visible from Willard Drive. Distribution/placement of said junk has not changed in 5 years. No Garage door, garage filled with junk. Derelict vehicle parked alongside garage hasn’t been moved in several months. Unknown number of residents due to the revolving door open vagrants at the property.
