Description

Cars driving west on the one-way portion of Elm Street have a red light, but cars driving east on Elm Street (after leaving the Lumberyard railroad station lot) turning left on Park Street keep turning left on green, not knowing when the cars facing them will get a green. This is terribly dangerous. Please reinstall the left turn signal. The lights are timed as if there is one but there isn't. Check it out when the train lets out and you'll see what a mess it is.
