Hey Innocent Bystander, I am sure you know as well as I do that there was no "dialog" issue...more like maybe a PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY issue...this site made things public and the HC government more accountable to their job and they could not keep up with or meet their responsibilities. People even had to send HC government officials their own municipal codes and state/federal laws that they are responsible for enforcing and upholding. Hope the voters send a clear message to the Mayor and Council!
