Description
These signs on the 7th floor of the parking deck (some with time limits and others without) are unclear. What is "tier parking"? The yellow spaces are clearly marked as 3-hour spaces lower in the deck, but this sign adds an element of mystery.

There are 3 decks offering a discounted pass for people wanting a pass and willing to park on the roof: Moore Square, Wilmington St. Station, and City Center.
Now *we* know what it is, but the sign is still confusing, particularly for non "tier parking" pass holders who would need to understand if it's okay to park on the roof. It's worse because yellow stripes mean 3 hours down below. I think it would be better to stripe with a different color (green?) and come up with some better wording for the sign.
