Description

The walk signal for the traffic light at the intersection of East Madison Street and 22nd Avenue takes an extremely long time to respond.
This frequently results in pedestrians choosing to cross the street against the light, which creates the potential for danger.
The problem is that the walk signal which governs the east-west light is not responsive to pedestrian use.
