Please consider extending the bike lane on Nixon to the intersection with Huron Parkway.

The bike lane disappears between Maede Ct to intersection with Huron Parkway, there is a clear patch of dirt that can be extended as a bike lane. This way cyclists can avoid negotiating space on the road with cars and buses going 30mi/hr. The buses are particularly aggressive, understandably because they are on a schedule and both the 22 and 23 use this part of Nixon.

There is no need to have a bike lane on both sides because the side heading north can use Nixon Drive comfortably. I'm concerned about heading south, since there's no way to turn left towards Nixon Dr safely and no room to share the side walk with pedestrians.

During the winter when the conditions are more slippery both drivers and cyclists will appreciate the extra room.
