Description

Why are gas blowers used by parks and rec and in the DDA areas? Why are the blowing and not gathering the leaves, seeds and debris? Not only is it going into the drains, simply seems rather illogical. I'm preparing to give up my gas stove, etc, but I doubt a street of gas stoves pollutes more than one of these gas blowers.
