Description

The nicer weather has brought out the residents of the last block of Dove Street (the odd side) to stay in the street and party until past 2AM. The yelling, fighting, and bottle throwing is awful--and the fact that it happens on work nights until the early hours of the morning. Gatherings are averaging 2-3x per week, it would be nice if a patrol car could drive by.
