Description
lighting in violation of http://ecode360.com/11470907
2 orange 'security' lights are polluting the night sky, blinding pedestrians whose eyes have adjusted to darkness, and cast orange industrial glare into the road and neighboring windows.
this issue has been raised with the restaurant but ignored
Update: As of july 25, Millie's continues to pollute and has added additional lighting in violation of code.
the fine for this is $100 per day, so they should owe about $10K in fines by now. how can we follow up and ensure something was done?

I followed up with mr silverstein, and emphasized that simply shielding this light to comply with regs would not be enough - but replacing it with a motion-activated sensor should do the trick.
also, i'd like to create a catch-all topic here on scf for lighting reg violations instead of phoning each one in.
