Thank you for reporting this issue. An Officer for this area will investigate, and start a case if applicable. Please know weeds must be at least 12 inches tall and cover the majority of the yard before action can be taken. A seven-day notice is given to property owners to correct the issue. In some cases, it can take up to 30 days before the City can take legal action against those in violation. Updates will be posted here.

The Code Officer stated that upon inspection the front yard is not in violation for weeds and grass at this time. The majority of the of the yard has to be at least 12inches in height. The back yard is not visible from the public right of way as it is screened by the solid fence. We will continue to monitor.

The Code Officer left an inspection notice, started a case, and will follow up next week.

After a follow-up inspection this morning, the Code Officer reported that both the front and back yards were mowed.
