Description

Over the past two or three weeks the signal has not been operating as it usually does. The minimum signal length is extremely short, especially during off-peak hours, even though this intersection still sees a good amount of volume otherwise. Also, the westbound left turn on Poole Rd no long receives its protected phase, even if there are cars queued to turn left. The only time to turn left is during a permitted flashing yellow, and since oncoming eastbound traffic is usually heavy enough, I have sat at the light multiple times when only 1 car is able to get through in one cycle.
