Description

The railway Bridge over King EB at Atlantic Ave. has a large gang advertisement "CRIPS GLARE". It has been there for doe time. I have called 311 and my Councillor over the last 18 months and can't get it painted. This is the size of a billboard. I don't think a gang should be allowed to claim ownership over a part of our City.
