The Social has had loud music specifically bass guitar and drums that echo inside of our house. Always after 9pm. Last night music played well after 12am- these are school nights, turn the bass down and the music down, we need to sleep

Not sure if this is a code violation, but the condition of this sign should be addressed.

Fence is being placed right next to neighbor's wrought iron fence. It does not appear that current resident has received a permit to build fence or that posts are being dug to secure fence. Worry that the fence will put unnecessary strain on next door neighbor's secure fence. The weeds in front and back of this yard are an eyesore as well as various objects in back yard that do not seem to be secure or be properly stored.

The sidewalk is partially blocked by overgrown bushes at 4700 Meadowview Drive

Lawn is severely over grown with grass and weeds and they have ignored request from the HOA to mow there lawn.

Pick up truck parked in the front yard again. That’s code one code to violation, trash cans by the front door.

Most of these are violations. I’ve sent these in three times. Don’t expect you to even do anything but closest before noon today don’t have a high impression of code enforcement at all.
