NW corner of 67th & Lackman (15100 W 67th St) - Black & McDonald did some work for KCP&L in late 2017 for the small hospital, area was not restored adequately.

I am attaching a picture of a safety issue related to a cable box that AT&T contractors left in my yard last
Friday. The dirt was not compacted properly and the rain Friday evening resulted in this large gap between the
box and sidewalk and a big depression around the box. I notified AT&T that we have small children in
this neighborhood and their feet could get stuck in this large gap--I was especially concerned Halloween night. I thought they would take care of this immediately but no action has been taken. AT&T has been digging up this neighborhood all summer. Google was in and out of here in 6 to 8 weeks and their construction was cleaned up
appropriately. AT&T's construction has been extremely unprofessional. Can you please get this safety issue corrected.

We have a utility pole in our back yard in a small corridor that is outside of both our fence and back-door neighbor's fence. I am curious who is responsible for mowing and maintaining this tiny slab of land? The grass and weeds are getting out of control, but I don't know if it's my property, me back door neighbor's, the city, or the utilities? Please advise. Thanks! - Joshua Weinstock

Just wanted to find out who is responsible for the maintenance of the medians at the new roundabout. This particular location needs some attention to the weeds and/or mulch in the east median at Clear Creek Pkwy.
