The IHOP lighted sign facing Shawnee Mission Parkway has been out for at least a couple of years. I realize this is not the city's responsibility, but it looks shabby and they've had plenty of time to change the lightbulb(s).

Damaged siding

The property on the North East corner of this intersection looks trashy, over grown weeds and trees, Junk Vehicles and trash.

This is a 4plex. The property next to it at 12016 W 66th St is now bank owned and the contractor that was sent to take care of it is working in the right of way without a permit. They have also requested that the owner at 12014 W 66th St tear out their driveway so the problem doesn't continue.

All lights on at school Unnecessarily light pollution and impacts houses just south They should shut off as many lights as possible

Resident called in and said there is a construction sign near the intersection of 70th and Midland that has been left behind and has been there for about 3 months. It's fallen over and has been in the street, the sidewalk, etc. They are hoping to have it removed so it isn't a hazard to drivers. pedestrians, etc.

Prairie ridge elementary school digital message board does not dim at night. Like the Sacred Heart sign, It should not be as bright at night. This is a hazard and makes it hard to see oncoming traffic.

The International House of Pancakes sign has been losing lights one by one for years. It's looking really sloppy and making the city look run-down. At night, it looks like "Inter se of Pancakes" or something like that.
