The condition of Monrovia Rd (Huntsville City Side) that runs along the neighborhood of Providence is rapidly deteriorating and has been for several years. It has been patched and tar-stripped so many times that there is barely any road left. The poor condition on the Huntsville City side is a stark contrast to the well-maintained side of Madison County. Huntsville has grown rapidly, with an expanding tax revenue for the city, but the infrastructure of its streets has not kept up. I have contacted Public Works several times, and I am confident that the receptionist has delivered the messages. Unfortunately, management has not responded.

There is a large roadside bush/shrub/tree near this spot that grows out into the road and you must drive into oncoming lane to get around it.

2 pod units have been in the driveway for a year.

This house is very delipidated, an eye sore for the neighborhood.

Hard to get into and out of driveway as too narrow across sideway due to drainage culvert on one side.

There is a spray painted message, red letters, on particle board immediately outside the home stating “@#$% Israel.” The language is crude and wrong to have this displayed where children will view it and the message of the sign is concerning for antisemitism although it may also be related to isolationist political leanings. Either way the sign needs to come down.

Deep ruts and damaged drainage pipe from HU trucks entering our yard to replace a transformer.

Was hoping possibly this is so rested and it’s in my yard and it looks terrible and was hoping possibly that we could have it repainted
