This is a picture of the water pooling in the bottom portion of the garage There is a leak in the public garage at 6466 Hollis st. It has been present for a while but has gotten worse such that there is now water pooling in the bottom portion of the garage. While the building itself is a condo, I believe the bottom parking lot is public and the city is responsible for its maintenance.

New dog park is being severely overwatered. Much of it is now a mud pit, just a few weeks after opening. In addition, they have set the irrigation system to water in the middle of the day, which is an extremely inefficient and wasteful time to use spray heads

construction site runoff from potentially contaminated spoils into stormwater drain
  • 5602 Bay Street Emeryville, California - Emeryville
Hi. The West Elm store on Bay Street recently had a mysterious flood in their electrical floor boxes. After sending several different technicians to the site to investigate, they believe that there may be an issue with the storm drains that run under the sales floor. Please advise how we can look into this further with you as this is a major concern and the wood flooring continues to cup. Please respond to Adrianne Cordima at acordima@wsgc.com or 415.515.2460. Thank you.
  • 5514 Doyle St Emeryville, CA, 94608, USA - Emeryville

The storm drains at 55th and Doyle are constantly overflowing during rainstorms and if it were not for the volunteer efforts of residents, Doyle Street would be flooded, thereby causing damage to personal and business property. Since there is a cul de sac at 55th and Doyle, there is no place for the water to drain when the water level rises.

For this reason, I believe the storm drains should be either made bigger, re-engineered, or that more storm drains should be added to Doyle Street. At the very least, before and during heavy rain, the city should deploy its resources/personnel to clear the drains so that the street doesn't flood

PGE has what looks like asphalt aggregate loose on the street with no drain cover. This is out of MS4 Compliance and I will continue to report this until they cover the storm drain. ERTEC Combo Guard sits on the grate and curb opening and is easily deployed. There is no excuse for this other than Emeryville inspectors not doing their job to ensure our storm water systems are kept clean.

I have tried calling Level3 Facilities manager and have gotten nowhere with getting the offensive graffiti that is on the walls on the side of their building that's facing Hollis Street to be removed. Can someone from the City contact Level3 and tell them we don't want Emeryville looking like a dump?
