The owners are unable to control the dogs and I have seen them run up to people walking down the sidewalk multiple times.

    Customer states that the neighbor at this address has pitbulls that is out of control. Customer states she cant even come out into her back yard or do her back yard because the pitbulls are very aggressive and violent. Customer is worried cause her back yard needs to be cut before she gets a code violation and needs help with the issue of these pit bulls.
