The resident states that 3 businesses are abandoned at this location. She stated that they were once boarded but some of the boarding has been removed and the buildings are not secure.

Resident reporting this has been vacant.

it's really not a business sign. it's a sign notifying the public who owns this vacant lot. it could also use a clean up.

Tarp is tied to metal barricades and on windy days, the tarp acts as a sail pulling the barricades into the sidewalk hitting pedestrians and parked cars

At 18 Perrine Avenue (2 family). In this building the homeless are going in the back of the property. The building was boarded up, but it is broken in, people are staying/going in and out, smoking weed, and drugs have been spotted. Fire and Safety concern.

Vacant lot overgrown and now extending into sidewalk limiting 2-way traffic

This building is a block from a school and is falling into disrepair. The site is not fully fenced off. Nuisance property.

Definition of insanity is what best describes me this situation! I keep taking my valuable time to report this disgusting condition at this address. DPW comes out and cleans , in about a week back where we started , or worse ! Now the unhoused person (Josh) has a living room set up SMDH! Insanity=keep doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result! Why is it the resident’s responsibility to keep reporting this same address?! Come up with a solution! After you clean, do you think Josh never comes back?! Once DPW cleaned right while Josh sat in the porch! I know you can’t move him, but don’t you report your findings ? Maybe have someone come out and talk to him or put the house in a bubble , or just come and clean everyday then! Cleaning then taking a photo as proof you did, is not the answer! That I assure you! THINK LONGTERM SOLUTION!

A resident states that this property is due to collapse at any moment.

This building at 375 4th has been abandoned for years. It is falling apart and recently is getting worse. It has no roof and there are open holes in the walls in the back. Tonight, peicies of the siding started falling off (I heard the noise from my window). I called the fire department and they said they did not think it would fall down.

Nevertheless, this seems like an imminent danger , either of peices coming loose in wind and hitting someone, a fire hazard, public nuisance and possible collapse. This building directly abuts the sidewalk that leads to PS5 school.

This building has been vacant for years In the last several days someone broke in and has been squattin. Please do something. .
