There was a fire at the house back in March of this year, the debris is still along side of the house, have mice and rats running through the rubbage.

Kids come down from west 5th ave and bring a basketball hoop to the union hall parking lot and throw trash on the ground use foul language and pee all over the place . We try to keep this neighborhood clean and peaceful . We can't sit on our porch and enjoy the beutiful weather anymore. Please put a stop to this .This why we have playgrounds.

Man sits in his yard at the corner of olive st and pearl alley and plays drums and electric guitars for hours on end, destroying neighborhood peace and no one can enjoy a nice day out in the yard because of the LOUD SPEAKERS he is hooked up to. It's getting old and it's not entertaining even though he seems to fancy himself quite well...

An apartment building at the corner of north 3rd ave and East diamond st should be placed under investigation and tenant responsible evicted or landlord held responsible for a damaged or oversensitive fire alarm system. It seems as almost once or twice a week a fire alarm that can be heard for about a block and a half can be heard going off with apparently no evidence at all that an actual fire is occurring. It takes almost 30 min for the alarm to be deactivated each time it goes off. I am seriously reminded of the boy who cried wolf story with this issue. It’s loud and obnoxious. Someone please do something.

Uknown loud horn sounds repeatedly starting around 2:00am - 2:41am sounds like a train horn. Its not from any car or known small vehicle. possible tain or fog horn or wtih similar Volume or power output.

Last night at 12:00am until 12:30am 7 to 8 African American teenagers rough housing on the street next to the post office parking lot as if there was a party outside. Having to call the police twice to break this up should not have been needed. Where are the parents and why did the police not break it up the first time.

There are two neglected animals outside of my neighbors. There is a cat and a rabbit and those animals are out there 24/7.

I woke up the the sound of a jackhammer at 3:30am my autistic son sleeps on the side of the house facing the noise SERIOUILY!!!! its got to stop. Perhaps its something related to the electrical fire behind the post office or perhaps the gas/smell issue around the post office that occured less than 12 hours later. is there anyone I can make a formal complaint to. People are trying to sleep.

I move in april, I notice people in Harmony St. dump trash in front of dumster and park cars in there too. What can we do?

The top half of a large tree is snapped off and just dangling over the sidewalk (very Large). The only thing keeping it from falling are the wires. Very Dangerous!
