    Both apts./tenants on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor and using and dealing drugs 7 days a week almost all day and evening. None of the tenants seem to work. They are drinking beer, cursing, throwing the bottles and cans down into the street below. This has been going on for quite some time now. Can anyone help?
    I forgot to mention, a lot of the activity takes place at the rear of the property on the back porches.

DRUG dealers come from other neighborhoods just to deal DRUGs out front ! they dont even live here ! they set up out front and deal out of there cars complete with look outs ! they gamble, drink in public, trash the block with food wrappers, fight in the street, smoke dope and deal drugs, yell at every car and truck that goes by to announce dealing is on , and put fear into tenants and neighbors all afraid to do something !! police called every day to move them along but with no landlord, they start up the next day ! weres the landlord ??? please help our block. stabbings and shootings will be next ! kids live in 333 but never come out to play untill cops move the dealers and thugs along !
    NO LANDLORD !

    Be aware that there are vehicles in our city that have out of state tags and plates that are committing fraud by using an out of state relative to allow the vehicle to be in pa without a pa inspection,registration.or insurance.this is all kinds of fraud and illegal.it needs to be investigated and stopped.by law you have 15 or 30 to obtain a pa registration.the vehicles have been in our city for OVER a YEAR!
